We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with native English and with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intelligent spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with different time zones

Key Responsibilities:
Use Excel and intelligent spreadsheets to track and analyze data, accounts, invoices and a lot more.
Making reports, and support decision-making processes.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.

Requirements:
MUST - Fluency in English
Math and calculations oriented.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and intelligent spreadsheets.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
