•    Act as a Private Secretary/ personal assistant
•    Flexibility and adaptability to given situations

•    The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
•    Follow up on external and internal meeting appointment, notifying relevant parties on venue details and agendas to ensure all parties are well prepared for meeting.
•    Prepare reports and other documents required by director for meeting.
•    Dealing with Person in Charge and other Head of Department on any related matters.

•    Assist to prepare presentation when required.
•    Managing special assignments and projects.
•    Liase with clinics manager or admin for monthly report
•      Perform market research
•      Address employees administrative queries
Requirements:
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required languages: English, Malay and Mandarin in preferably both written & spoken.
•    Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
•      Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing & cloud services
•      Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
•      Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
•      Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
•      Excellent time management skills
•      Solid organizational skills
•      High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
