We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will focus on managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as serving as an intermediary between the company and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

    Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
    Act as a liaison between the company and contractors, facilitating communication and addressing inquiries as needed.
    Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
    Support daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
    Assist in the onboarding of contractors and ensure compliance with company policies.
    Help streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

Qualifications:

    Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
    Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with contractors and team members.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
