Video Editor Needed

I'm seeking a skilled video editor to join me on a long-term basis for my YouTube channel. If you have experience editing talking head and tutorial videos and can deliver high-quality results, I want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

-Edit raw long-format videos (up to 40+ minutes) for YouTube.
-Incorporate graphics, text overlays, transitions, and effects.
-Ensure high-quality sound and video output, optimized for YouTube (-14LUFS, -1 True Peak)
-Deliver 15 videos per month (uploading every other day).
-Collaborate with me to understand video goals and vision.

Requirements:

-Proven experience with a portfolio of similar work.
-Proficiency in video editing software (Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
-Ability to work with long-format videos and create engaging content.
-Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
-Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
-Willing to provide a 30-second sample edit based on raw footage before hiring.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience with talking head and tutorial videos.
-Knowledge of creating custom graphics and animations.
-Basic understanding of SEO and YouTube algorithms.
