Video editing for reaction videos for Youtube

I need a video editor that is first available to start editing on Saturdays 8pm and Sundays 11pm Est. this is the most important requiremet.

The other requirements include.
- You need to use Adobe Premiere.
- Turnaround time is 2-4h for videos 30 mins or less, and up to 8h for videos that are 1h long.
- This is the channel https://www.youtube.com/@AllonaShareeTV you can use the videos there to get a feeling of what we expect you to produce.
- You need to know about anime, cartoons, and current TV series.
- The interview will be on discord, so you'll need a discord account.
- You need a good, fast internet connection since you will be expected to upload long videos as well, and fast.
- Frequent communication is MANDATORY.
- You need experience with YouTube's copyright system and you'll be expected to edit the video as many times as necessary if your video gets claimed by YouTube.
- If your work and speed impresses us, we'll be able to bring more series to YouTube, which means more work for you.
- Payment is fixed $20 for videos of 30 minutes or less. Videos above 30 minutes are paid $2 per every 3 minutes.
