I want a desktop app wich allows me to make video calls through a web mobile app that I already have.

The functionality is all that I'm interested in since I've designers already working for me.

This projects goals will be considered done once:

- I can log in to a site providing my google account or Facebook account.
- I can make video calls (NOT BETWEEN APP USERS) but users registered on the app under a special status provided by me as an admin
- I can end the video call and then rate the call
