Responsibilities

- Build empathy and be an advocate for our users through participation in human-centered research and design.
- Translate user needs, style guides, and requirements into elegant solutions for complex problems.
- Design beautiful user interfaces, with a focus on digital interfaces.

- Promote best practices in ui, ux, and interaction design.
- Contribute strong design thinking sessions, synthesizing inputs and rapidly guiding solution and prototype approaches.
- Apply design thinking to create world-class digital experiences across multiple platforms and channels, by bringing together user needs, business goals and technical realities.

- Contribute wireframes, user flows, interaction prototypes, user personas, customer journeys, site maps, and other design specification materials.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Create an implement Design Systems to ensure consistency across the entire organization.

- Collaborate effectively with remote and onsite team members, including but not limited to creative lead, researchers, product managers, QA, developers, and technical architects.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
- QA functionalities to meet design requirements.

- Comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technology and best practices.
- Participate in and contribute to project debriefs, project templates and design POV’s.
- Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.


# Qualifications

- 2+ years ux/ui industry experience.
- Relevant Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven work experience as a ux/ui designer or similar role + portfolio
- experience leading user interviews to drive discovery and defining business challenges, co-leading and facilitating client workshops and leading design presentations to/with executive stakeholders.

- Experience with responsive design, new design trends, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing complete ux/ui design systems; navigation, ui components and/or ux/ui design guidelines.

Bonus points if

- You’re comfortable in Figma, Zeplin, the Creative Suite, and other relative tools to design for digital interfaces.
- You have experience with client-facing projects, ideally in consulting, agency or other business-related services.
