We are currently on RoR version 5 and need to deploy to Google Cloud manually. We need to update to at least RoR 6 or the current RoR 7.08 version and are looking to find an experience backend developer who also has deployment experience. While this is a defined project, we are also looking for a team member working in PST time zone. If the collaboration is successful we are interested to continue to work together.

We are eager to use co-pilot and AI to streamline this project and go live asap. We are a start-up and need to adhere to a tight budget. We would be paying according to the 3 pre-defined milestones. Please estimate effort for each milestone.
