1. Project Overview

The Developer agrees to design and develop a highly realistic, AI-driven, fully interactive female virtual character along with an ultra-luxurious, interactive home environment. The project must function across two platforms:
    •    iOS Mobile Application (Standalone, Offline)
    •    Web-Based Version (Browser-Accessible)

This project is for personal use only and not for commercial resale or distribution. The ai-driven virtual character must fully mimic human behavior, featuring unrestricted interactivity, advanced ai learning, and high realism in appearance, actions, and responses.
2. Key Features & Functionalities

2.1 Character Realism & High-Quality Design

The female character must be designed with ultra-realistic details, including:
    •    Lifelike skin, hair, eyes, and clothing textures with physically accurate shading.
    •    Natural, well-proportioned body structure and realistic, fluid animations.
    •    Advanced rigging for expressive facial expressions, detailed hand movements, and smooth body animations.
    •    Physics-based clothing movement (realistic outfit behavior based on movement and interactions).
    •    Fully customizable appearance, including hairstyles, makeup, and outfit changes.
    •    Extreme attention to facial and body beauty, ensuring a highly attractive and engaging design.
    •    Multiple animation sets for human-like emotions and physical interactions.
2.2 AI Behavior & Natural Human-Like Interaction

The AI-driven character must behave in a realistic, unrestricted, and intelligent manner, capable of:
    •    Performing daily life activities: Walking, running, swimming, sitting, sleeping, eating, cooking, bathing, and dressing.
    •    Engaging in unrestricted adult interactions, capable of all possible intimate and physical actions without limitations.
    •    Expressing human-like emotions dynamically, including happiness, sadness, anger, excitement, affection, and passion.
    •    Adapting to user actions, voice tones, and environmental conditions to simulate human-like responses.
    •    Reacting to touch, gestures, and proximity in a highly realistic manner.
2.3 Real-Time AI Conversations & Full Voice Interaction

The AI character must engage in intelligent, real-time, fluid, and unscripted voice interactions with the user:
    •    Real-time speech processing, providing natural responses without robotic delays.
    •    Understanding tone, emotion, and sentiment analysis in conversations.
    •    Generating unique, AI-driven responses instead of pre-recorded lines.
    •    Remembering past interactions and adapting its personality and behavior accordingly.
    •    Ability to engage in deep, context-aware, meaningful conversations.
2.4 Camera Vision & Environmental Awareness

The AI character must be able to see and recognize the user through the camera and react accordingly:
    •    Detecting and responding to facial expressions and emotions.
    •    Tracking user body movements and gestures in real-time.
    •    Identifying objects and surroundings within the interactive environment.
    •    Focusing exclusively on the user without being distracted by background noise.
2.5 Speech & Multilingual Language Support

The AI character must support multiple languages and dialects, including:
    •    Primary Language: Arabic (including Gulf, Levantine, and Egyptian dialects).
    •    Secondary Language: Norwegian.
    •    Speech-to-Text (STT): Converts spoken input into text for AI processing.
    •    Text-to-Speech (TTS): Generates emotionally expressive and natural-sounding speech output.
2.6 Ultra-Luxurious Interactive Home Environment

The virtual home environment must be fully interactive, high-end, and dynamic, including:
    •    Ultra-luxurious, beautifully designed interiors with high-quality, realistic furniture and decor.
    •    Real-time interactive elements (e.g., Opening doors, operating appliances, controlling lights, and interacting with furniture).
    •    A private garden where the character can walk and interact with nature.
    •    A swimming pool with fully animated, natural swimming mechanics.
    •    Adaptive AI-driven emotional and physical interactions within the environment.
2.7 Performance Optimization & Hosting
    •    The project must be fully optimized for high-performance, smooth animations, and real-time interactions.
    •    The web version must be accessible globally, hosted on a dedicated VPS to avoid content restrictions or limitations.
3. Development Process & Approval Stages

3.1 Model Approval Process
    •    The Developer must present the character’s 3D model before proceeding.
    •    The Client will review and approve the character’s face, body, animations, and movements before full development begins.
    •    The Developer must provide multiple previews for verification before finalizing the model.
4. Project Timeline & Milestones

The development will be structured into four major milestones:

🔹 Milestone 1: Initial Setup & Web-Based Version Development (2 Weeks)
✅ Core ui/ux setup, environment creation, and hosting configuration.

🔹 Milestone 2: AI & Memory System Development (2 Weeks)
✅ Implement AI learning, memory system, and behavior adaptation features.

🔹 Milestone 3: Speech & Language Support Integration (2 Weeks)
✅ Full Arabic and Norwegian voice interaction implementation.

🔹 Milestone 4: Final Testing, Optimization & iOS Deployment (2 Weeks)
✅ Debugging, performance enhancements, final testing, and project delivery.
5. Payment Terms & Quality Assurance (Final Revision)

💰 Project Cost: The budget will be determined based on the most competitive and suitable offer from freelancers. No upfront or milestone payments will be made.

✔ Full payment will only be issued upon the complete delivery of the final product, after thorough review and approval by the Client.
✔ No partial payments, deposits, or milestone payments will be made. The entire amount will be released only after all functionalities are completed, tested, and meet the agreed-upon specifications.
✔ The Developer is responsible for ensuring that all features, AI behaviors, interactions, and performance optimizations are fully functional as per the contract before final payment is processed.
✔ Failure to meet the agreed-upon requirements will result in non-payment.

6. Revisions & Final Delivery

🔄 The Developer must provide necessary revisions if any feature does not meet contract specifications.
📜 Upon completion, the Client will receive full ownership rights to the final product, including all assets, code, and animations.
