Translate/Layout existing English digital book to Spanish

We have a 16,300 word, 60+ page English language book in digital pdf format, not print, that we want to have translated into Latin Spanish and re-laid out using the existing format modified as needed.

After the translation is complete we will want to do a back-translation to ensure accuracy and quality.

We want to keep the existing layout but modify as needed to accommodate the new Spanish copy. We will also want to replace some of the existing photos with new ones that we will designate and supply.
