Trading Chat Room Support Specialist

We are looking for experienced financial traders who are Japanese/Portuguese/Spanish natives to support our live chat room.

Job description:
-Keep the chat room active by interacting with real users, answering their questions, guiding users to explore more about our products, providing insights on trading strategies, sharing your trading ideas and signals, reminding them of important events, encouraging traders, etc;
-Translate and proofread related texts/articles/documentation if necessary as assigned;
-Personal attack, hate speech, or anything else that may damage our product and brand repurtation is not allowed;

Requirement:

- Experienced in FX/CRYPTO/financial trading, with deep knowledge in MT4/5, backtesting, chart analysis, technical and fundamental analysis;
- Japanese/Portuguese/Spanish native;
- English can be used for daily work and communication;
- Experience in providing signals or writing articles predicting asset prices would be preferrable;
