House 1- Proposed Additions and Alterations to a House at Bedok. 
Government record plans (hand drawn) had been purchased.  To do some site measurements and convert all information into CAD Plans - construction/tender and Corenet Submission, follow up with amendments as required through completion of project

House No 2- Minor External Work and Additions and Alterations to several rooms of existing house.

To redraw  as CAD files for construction.. No Submission of plans required. 
Overall, must be familiar with local drawing presentation.
