I am looking for a senior web developer with extensive experience in Reactjs and gis to develop a website with gis functionalities.

Project overview

The website should allow the filtering of “property codes” like this "RR-1400282-4AE615135D484D36A1D79AB80A3F0712" without format and display the related founded shapefiles recorded on disk on a hybrid Google Maps dashboard. The website should be able to search the property code filled in three different folders (Property, Notices, and Deforestation) to check if there are contents to be plotted on the map. Additionally, the website should allow the visualization and hiding of shapefiles through a selection menu in the sidebar. Other necessary functionalities include loading geotiff raster files, clicking on plotted objects to view a form with shapefile attributes, and zooming and moving the map in all directions. Google Maps image and raster geotiff must always be below properties, notices, and protection areas. Finally, the website should have a printing function that presents the contents viewed on the screen and their properties as with shapefile attributes. Please include in your proposal an estimated time and cost and examples of similar previous work that you have done. I am looking forward to working with you. The folders are: Property: '/properties/' The Property folder contains numerous files; only those with the extension .shp should be filtered, where the property code is included in the name. Notices: '/notices/' The property code may be one of the subfolders in this path. If there are no subfolders, it means that the property does not have any notices. Protection Areas: '/ Protection_Areas /' The property code may be one of the subfolders in the Protection Areas path. If there are no subfolders, the property has no Protection Areas records. When a property code is typed and filtered, the program should search in the three folders (Property, Notices, and Deforestation) to check if there are contents to be plotted on the map with different colors: • Green shape (Property) • Red shape (Notices) • Blue shape (Protection Areas) In the sidebar, create a menu with options for Property Shape, Notice Shape, and Protection Areas Shape in the form of checkboxes that can be checked and unchecked to show or hide the plotted shapefile.
