Our site is WP front end and Ruby on Rails/PHP/drupal backend. We need ongoing upgrades and there is going to be a substantial development with the site over the next few months. A programmer well experienced with Ruby is a MUST.


I currently have a programmer operating from the Philippines, and am looking for a local person to start integrating with him, learning the setup and eventually taking over.
