As a Technical Support Representative at Astrill, you will play a crucial role in assisting our valued customers with their technical inquiries and issues. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer queries via various channels, such as chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshooting technical problems related to our VPN services.
Guiding customers through the installation and setup of our VPN applications on different devices.
Providing timely and accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with the technical team to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fast and accurate typing skills to engage efficiently with customers through chat and email.
