There is a fragment: the StickyScrollView root element (to attach the TabLayout to the top of the page) there are several TextViews inside the StickyScrollView, followed by TabLayout and ViewPager with 4 fragments, each of which consists of recycleView. It is necessary to repeat the behavior, as in the embedded video, namely:

- Stick TabLayout to the top of the page when scrolling down
- saving the scroll position of the RecycleView in each fragment
- when scrolling down, first tabLayout sticks to the top, then recycleView starts to scroll

P.S. If you can do the sticking without StickyScrollView, then ok, it doesn’t matter, the main thing is to repeat the functionality as on the link
