The Supply Chain Senior Consultant will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and operational support to clients in optimizing their supply chain processes. This role involves analyzing current supply chain operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels, with a strong emphasis on implementing projects and managing third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships.

Project overview

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and objectives, particularly relating to 3PL logistics. • Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain operations, including inventory management, logistics, procurement, and demand forecasting. • Develop and present strategies and solutions, focusing on implementations that enhance the effectiveness of 3PL partnerships. • Lead cross-functional teams to implement supply chain improvements, including the integration of 3PL providers, and monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs). • Provide expert advice on supply chain technologies, tools, and methodologies, with a focus on enhancing 3PL logistics operations. • Conduct training and workshops for client teams to enhance their supply chain capabilities, particularly in managing 3PL relationships and systems. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to supply chain management and logistics to provide innovative insights to clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities for collaboration. Qualifications: • Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience. • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineer, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience in related fields working with Third party logistics and/or logistics service providers. • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement, preferably in the retail industry. Desirable experience in software implementations • Project Management experience. PMO certification is highly appreciated. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Fluent in English and Spanish (MANDATORY). French will be highly appreciated.
