Student Behavior Data Collection

I am looking for someone to help me build a data collection system in which teachers can track, in real-time, various student behaviors, such as hands-on others, inappropriate language, Nurse requests, Bathroom requests (used to asses potential task avoidance or health concern, out-of-area, elopement, and potential repetitive behaviors/movements (with the option to categorize or comment movement type: pencil/object tapping, flapping hands, tip-toe, sleeping, etc) Consideration: Special Populations, FERPA (data information security).

The purpose of this data collection and analysis tool is to quantify and analyze the behaviors of individual students to assist in the consideration of potential services that may benefit student's needs and improve outcomes.
