Strategic Designer

We are looking for a talented Strategy Designer to help us develop innovative solutions that bridge the gap between customer value propositions, business cases, and implementation implications. The ideal candidate will have an interdisciplinary background and be able to manage engagements from problem statements to value proposition prototypes. As a Strategy Designer, you will bring a systems thinking perspective to analyze the full ecosystem, capture key touchpoints and interactions between stakeholders and entities, and assess innovation capabilities. You will also be responsible for visually communicating findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Manage engagements and develop solutions through the pipeline from problem statements to concepts to prototyped value propositions

Bring a systems thinking perspective to analyze the full ecosystem, capture key touchpoints and interactions between stakeholders and entities, and assess innovation capabilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that bridge the gap between customer value propositions, business cases, and implementation implications

Produce customer value proposition, project planning, stakeholder management, concept development, innovation assessment, prototyping, business model canvas, storytelling, innovation pipeline management, visual design management, and journey mapping outputs

Use the Adobe Suite and other relevant tools to produce high-quality visual designs and communicate findings
