Strategic Business Developers are responsible for helping to grow the business and have an attractive career path; you can opt for a career as BDR team lead, account executive, marketing roles such as growth marketing specialist, brand marketing, and more.
Main responsibilities:
▪️ Identify high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets, and develop and execute outbound strategies
▪️ Develop and lead campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified calls and determine how best to scale them
▪️ Initiate contact with potential customers through email, cold-calling, or responding to inquiries generated by Marketing
▪️ Partner with Account Executives to build strategy and prospect into designated accounts
▪️ Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability to prepare hand-off to sales
▪️ Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not initially result in a sale
▪️ Effectively work through lead list meeting/exceeding SLAs, consistently update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly reporting efforts
▪️ Learn quickly by asking great questions, finding how to work with your mentor and teammates effectively, and clearly communicating your work's status.
