This is for a demo page - no real 'ordering' of goods or placing orders

I require a single page web app built in Vue, that will be hosted on Amazon S3

Functionality:
1) User login page (Using AWS Cognito provided by AWS Amplify for Vue)
2) Presented with page as attached
3) User clicks spin wheel, which then randomly rotates to a value for an item
4) Once stopped, that item is added into the 'basket', and spin value incremented
5) User can spin up to a maximum of 5
6) all items shown in 'basket' along with total value
7) user hits order button to send the event to an external API (this already exists)

Used for internal demo - no real data being used on this. Use all AWS services Colour scheme to be decided later Items and values on wheel to be determined once project starts Timeline 2 weeks
