Sourcing agent

We are looking for a reliable and experienced dropshipping agent based in China to help us manage our supply chain. The ideal candidate should have access to their own warehouse, offer fast shipping options, and be willing to work with small order quantities as we start and scale up.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing high-quality products from Chinese suppliers.
Storing inventory in your warehouse.
Processing and fulfilling orders quickly and accurately.
Providing fast and reliable shipping solutions to our target markets.
Maintaining clear and timely communication about inventory, shipping, and updates.
Assisting with product quality checks and packaging if needed.
Requirements:

Located in China with access to your own warehouse.
Experience in dropshipping or e-commerce order fulfillment.
Ability to handle small MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities) initially.
Strong relationships with reliable suppliers and shipping partners.
Proven track record of fast shipping times (ideally 7–15 days worldwide).
Fluent in English for clear communication.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon.
Ability to source trending and high-demand products.
Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export documentation.
