I'm looking for an attorney experienced in drafting software patent applications to:
1- review a pct application and highlight technical features that can meet the patentability requirements of the epo.
2- redraft a new set of claims based on the highlighted technical features. The new set of claims must be formulated as a technical solution to a technical problem.
