- Use analytics and social media management tools to track the performance of our social media channels, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to continuously optimize our social media strategy.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance post performance, increase reach, and drive engagement.
- Monitor and engage in relevant conversations, groups, and communities to build brand awareness and foster meaningful connections.
- Stay informed about mental health-related topics, news, and research to ensure accurate and responsible content creation.

Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or mental health industry. - Strong knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - Proficient in content creation and video editing, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging posts and videos. - Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for social media optimization is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on creativity and storytelling. - Ability to understand our target audience and develop content that resonates with them. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics to make data-driven decisions. - Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - A genuine interest in mental health and a commitment to promoting awareness and destigmatization. - Familiarity with ethical guidelines and regulations related to mental health and healthcare marketing.
