We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to execute our content strategy and improve the way we do it.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media strategy, SEO, and analytics, and will be responsible for executing our existing social media strategy while progressively improving it. This role involves managing and posting our existing content, leveraging insights and data, and providing recommendations to optimize our social media presence.

Responsibilities:

- Execute our existing social media strategy across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok
- Gradually improve and optimize the social media strategy based on performance data and insights.
- Post our pre-created content across all social media channels in line with our strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations for sponsored content, with a focus on LinkedIn.
- Generate comprehensive reports to measure the success of our social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and tools to stay up-to-date with best practices.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of SEO and how it applies to social media strategy.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Knowledge of sponsored content strategies and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with various social media management tools.
