Social Media Direct Message Agent

We are looking for an experienced and very emotional intelligent social media direct message agent.

- You are fluent in English
- You have a basic understanding of sales psychology
- You are already experienced in this job
- You are ambitious and you are learning fast
- You are looking for a long-term relationship
- You have a good and stable internet connection
- You have access to a computer
- You are going to work full time & don't have any other jobs

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple accounts during your shift
- Be able to learn our strategies
- Be able to chat with the customers, playing the role of the creator
- Be able to emotionally interact with the customer and chat on a meaningful base
- Must respond to received messages almost immediately
- Be able to send personal and engaging messages to customers
- Be an expert of the creator’s profile

Salary:
Starting off at $3/hour + 2% commission.
Salary raise is possible after good results and we also offer clear career paths.

Shifts:
We want you to work full-time in our company and we have 3 available 8 hour shifts. We will check together which shift suits you best.
We will prefer applications from people who will work 6-7 days a week, nevertheless off-days are granted when needed or if you wish we can schedule a fixed weekly off-day.
