Seeking talented content managers with strong experience in writing & social media to handle the following tasks for our global lifestyle brand. Prefer KL-based and must speak one of the major local languages fluently (Malay, Hindi or Chinese).

Curate content: search the internet and social media to find various types of content matching our brand ideas (text, photos, infographics, videos, etc.) And collecting it for use.

Create content: write copy elements such as text statements, short articles, quotes, blog entries, lists, questions, polls, conversation topics, replies etc. Matching our brand ideas.

Customize content: editing existing content by adding, deleting, adapting, changing formats to suit different platforms and social media channels.

Releasing content: managing a rotational schedule for posting content on each channel based on cycle timing and relevance, recapping or repeating releases in different forms as appropriate.

Audience building: searching in social media by keywords, hashtags, topics etc. To find the right people for following our brand, adding them and nudging them to get their attention.

Audience interaction: communicating with users by writing comments and replies and posts, sending and answering messages, and fostering active conversation on all channels.
