Soccer league marketing plan - get more sales and registrations

We are looking to start marketing our outdoor soccer leagues here in canada which start mid May.
We would need 3 separate campaigns for our three types of leagues:
Our Leagues are called Niagara Super Leagues
1- Our house leagues for youth, kids between 5 - 17 year olds. Divisions : U5/6 ; U7/9 ; U10/12 ; U13/14 ; U15/17.
    This league is a recreational league and its the lowest price on the market in this region of Niagara.


    League length is 14 games plus once a week practices and it costs with discount $100 per player till May 1st , 2019.  Our regular price is $125 per player

2- Men's competitive league (18+ years old ) : This league is a competitive league, we are looking to market that we offer services such as highlights of games and photos from each game for the players to access.  Promotion and relegation feature in our leagues to ensure we keep our divisions competitive.

Divisions available : Niagara Super league - Men's Division A & Men's Division B
Cost: Team registration fee $300 ( 1 time fee )
          League fee per player $125 + HST per player
Get 14 games includes playoffs, player awards, trophies & medals

3- Coed competitive league (18+ years old ) for men and women : This league is a competitive league, we are looking to market that we offer services such as highlights of games and photos from each game for the players to access.  Promotion and relegation feature in our leagues to ensure we keep our divisions competitive. Divisions available : Niagara Super league - Coed Division A & Coed Division B.



Cost: Team registration fee $300 ( 1 time fee )
          League fee per player $125 + HST per player
