Small private app

Good afternoon everybody.

I'm new here and I know something about IT, but practically nothing about Android development.

I have a situation where I need an App that does something simple (in my opinion). Is there anyone here available to develop?

Basically it is:

1) When I receive a specific notification from an application;
2) The new APP (which will be developed), know that I received this notification;
3) Automatically "click" on this notification.
4) Action number 3 will open the APP I want on a specific APP screen, and from there, I will be able to make the interaction I need.

Basically that's it.

If you can automate some things after these commands, great, but if not, I think that will be enough.
