We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our team at Alpine Stays. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests through phone calls, text messages, and messaging apps. If you are a polite and hospitable individual with excellent communication skills in English, we would love to hear from you.

Project overview

Responsibilities: Guest Communication: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, text, and messaging apps. Revenue Management: Monitoring all the properties and ensuring they’re booked based on given metrics. Provide Information: Offer detailed information about our vacation homes, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests in making informed decisions. Booking Assistance: Assist guests with the booking process, including availability checks, rates, and reservation confirmations. Pre-Stay Support: Coordinate pre-stay arrangements, including check-in instructions, key exchanges, and any special requests. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Post-Stay Follow-up: Gather feedback from guests to ensure their satisfaction and make improvements if necessary. Maintain Guest Records: Keep detailed records of guest interactions and transactions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our property management and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Understanding how the operations of an entire business function (Marketing, Accounting, Sales, etc.). Willingness to take on multiple responsibilities and learn new skills every day. Polite and hospitable demeanor with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service. Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle inquiries efficiently. Proficiency in using communication tools and apps. Previous experience in the hospitality industry or customer service is a plus.
