Hello! We're a Chicago-based outsourcing company looking to venture into Shopify design and development. We're looking for a seasoned Shopify development expert who can give us consulting on how to structure a remote Shopify team and processes. We'd be paying you for of consultation.

Some of the topics we'd need your guidance with are: theme customization vs custom theme, out-of-the-box apps vs custom integrations, basic team structure, etc. Again, the deliverable we're looking for is not code, it's knowledge, expertise, and guidance. If things go well, you'd be our first option for Shopify projects.
