I need  a app similar to Uber

Taxi service app
client request a pick up
client choose pick location  and destination
all driver with a mile of that area gets the notification
driver choose to pick up
when driver arrives, client confirms pick up
driver initiate charge per distance
once journey is completed, client pays and confirm pay on app, driver also confirm pay, two way handshake.
All data is logged to office server.
