Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer who is responsible and proactive in finding solutions. This is a unique opportunity to lead a group of other developers and create solutions to developmental issues on the platform. You will not just be responsible for developing the platform, but also building the playbook for future teammates to follow.

As our lead engineer, you will be instrumental in defining the basic functionalities of the platform and creating a user experience for clients. You will work with everyone in the team, from the analysts to the sales team. You will be responsible for continuously coming up with ideas to improve the platform.

Experience/Passion:
If you have previous experience in developing fintech platforms, specifically with knowledge and experience in:
- SQL (PostgreSQL - knowledge in NoSQL (DynamoDB) is a plus)
- Database management and design
- NodeJS (Express Framework)
- ui/ux best practices (a plus - but not required)
- knowledge about typeorm, lambda, api gateway, and serverless services is a plus, but not required
- vuejs (a plus - but not required)

- Awareness of the startup ecosystem and all the uncertainties that come with it
- Considerable experience in development, coding, leadership, willingness to share knowledge, and general database management and design
- Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, achieve objectives, adjust priorities, manage time, follow up on actions, and deliver results
- Show an ability to work autonomously and be able to take responsibility beyond the scope of the role
- Actively look for new solutions and create new ideas regarding ongoing platform development
- Be aware of and take responsibility for decisions
