We are a small team working remotely for over 5 years together and are looking for a few new members to join our close-knit group. Currently, we have a commercial insurance part of the company and the individual(s) who will be joining our team will be able to make a large impact and have the ability to learn new skills beyond calling to help further their career growth in the remote working world. New team members will be mentored and trained to ensure they are successful in their new roles.

We believe that greatness is not built in one day, but that a series of small steps lead to greatness.

Job Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of appointment-setting experience
- 1 to 2 years in the insurance industry
- Strong command of the English language (oral/written)

Good to have:
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Outbound appointment setting experience

Job Description:
- Nurturing relationships with business owners through email and phone.
- Discovering ways to protect business owners through insurance coverage
- Allocating effective time management techniques to meet monthly quota.
- 150 calls daily
- Working collaboratively with team members.

Schedule:
- 9am to 5pm CST (Mon to Fri)

Job Compensation:
- $800 USD/month base + commission.
Commission:
- $10 per appointment
- $50 to $300 per deal that closes
