¿Seguro voy?

I want to create an app which basically tells the user how safe a place is if he/she were to visit it, specifically in all the Mexican territory.
This, being done with statistics; homicide rates, violent crime rates in the past 3-6 months and an overall assesment of how safe the place is perceived. 
The user will buy the app from the store, download it and open the app.
Once opened, a menu will pop up asking him/her (it may or may not have a user database) which place he's going to visit, for how long, age, sex, nationality and perhaps income.
Once the user has entered the requested data, the app will calculate all these variables and summarise how safe it is to go to this place.
If it is not safe, the app will automatically suggest other places which are safer for the user to visit.
This is basically the idea.
