Additionally, PBX system integration is required to bridge our voice call capabilities with digital communication channels. - **Features:** Essential features we're looking for include: - **File Sharing:** Ability to share documents, images, and videos across all channels. - **Chat History:** Seamless access to previous conversations for context and continuity in customer support. - **Chatbot Integration:** Capability to integrate AI chatbots for automated responses and assistance. **Ideal Skills and Experience:** - Experience with API integration for WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, email, sms, and pbx systems. - Proficient in developing chat platforms with functionalities such as file sharing, maintaining chat history, and integrating AI chatbots. - Strong understanding of omnichannel communication strategies and how they benefit customer service. - Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for both customer and agent sides of the platform. **Project Objective:** The primary objective is to create a platform that not only simplifies communication between customers and support agents but also enhances the overall customer service experience by making it more interactive, responsive, and accessible through their preferred channels.
