Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new, high-quality sales-ready prospects for the Sales team cold calls, voicemails, and emails
Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives to qualify leads, learning about the sales process along the way
Help identify and engage relevant prospects at key accounts within our target markets
Use Sales Automation technologies to execute scalable outreach campaigns across multiple channels (email, phone, social, etc.)
Conduct the discovery calls to qualify leads upon completing of required development milestones.
Provide prompt phone/email follow up to inbound leads, help with qualification, and properly document and track all activity in our CRM
Work cross-functionally to partner with the Marketing team to execute and support demand generation campaigns
Advance your Sales by learning effective communication skills and engaging with executive-level decision-makers
Continuously develop a knowledge base of our product and pricing; stay abreast on industry and market trends and opportunities; and understand who our competitors are
Requirements:
SDR/BDR or customer service experience required with a strong desire to advance your sales career; prior B2B sales experience a plus
Comfortable cold-calling and following up with prospects
Demonstrated sales productivity skills a plus (CRM, organization, forecasting, attention to detail)
Ability to build trusting relationships with others (colleagues and clients)
