Scope for plugins

Hi

i have an online store  -  built on wordpress, avada theme, woocommerce and hosted on siteground.

as a first step, i'm looking for someone experienced who can help me with this specific task...

Review our existing plugins and come up with a clear scope which identifies exactly which plugins we can safely remove/keep/replace (with the reason for each action...  So we can assess if the action we take on these plugins might impact our business model).

What are your charges—and timelines—to come up with this scope?

note:  our goal is to finally achieve a stable & basic site (no need for bells & whistles) that works for our business model.  It's important that any plugins we use are not only stable, but have a good track record of author support/version updates...  So we don’t have to continuously go back to fix the backend.
