We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Virtual Assistant to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HubSpot Sales Hub & Marketing Hub, PandaDoc, and Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint). This role requires excellent organizational skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with daily tasks including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
- Utilize HubSpot Sales Hub & Marketing Hub to manage and track sales activities, leads, and client communications.
- Prepare, send, and manage sales documents and contracts using PandaDoc.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Maintain sales records and reports in Excel and SharePoint.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation of the sales department.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar sales support role.
- Proficiency in HubSpot Sales Hub & Marketing Hub.
- Experience with PandaDoc and Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
