We’re looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Independent Contractor to join our team as a Sales Setter & Closer. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with inbound leads via calls and texts, follow up with prospects, and guide them to book a call or meeting. Once engaged, you will work to close the deal, helping clients access our cutting-edge website development, artificial intelligence bots, and digital marketing services such as seo, marketing automation, and ai solutions.

We provide leads but are also looking for sales reps with fluent English, strong communication skills, and the ability to sell high-ticket services. Reps will also be responsible for sourcing cold leads using strategies and platforms that we will share. Proven success and experience are a must, as we’re building a high-performing team from the ground up. We’re also seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who can act as a partner in this journey. If you show potential, we’ll ensure you have opportunities to grow alongside the company, including the chance to build and manage your own sales team and earn commissions from their performance.

This is a commission-only role to start, offering performance bonuses and significant growth opportunities. Our product prices range from $300 to $5,000+, meaning commissions of 10-15% quickly bring your earnings to $1,000+. We also provide bonuses for recurring products, offering additional earning opportunities as you build client relationships. Cold leads come with higher commission rates, giving you even greater earning potential.

Responsibilities:
-Prospecting & Outreach: Engage with warm leads provided by the company and actively seek cold leads through targeted outreach strategies.
-Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for detailed consultations.
-Closing Sales: Present tailored solutions to clients, address their needs, handle objections, and close deals.
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospects to encourage repeat business and referrals.
-CRM Updates: Record all lead interactions in the CRM to ensure organized follow-up and tracking.
-Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals to qualify for bonuses.

Requirements:
-Proven Sales Experience: Background in selling services like website development, ai bots, seo, or digital marketing solutions.
-Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical or marketing concepts clearly to potential clients.
-Independent Work Ethic: Self-motivated, able to work independently as a contractor while managing time effectively.
-CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with lead management tools (training available).
-Availability: Flexible schedule with commitment to success.
-Fluent English is a requirement
