Sales representative B2B

Responsibilities:


• Work directly with our Co-Founders to support our sales efforts
• Make sales and marketing calls including cold calling, follow-up calls, setting appointments, and meeting logistics
• Initiate research of prospects and qualify them
• Establish and build relationships with contacts to develop leads
• Engage in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information, and address any questions they may have as needed
• Utilize software, databases, and sales tools appropriately
• Draft and negotiate proposals
• Research, understand, and verbally articulate a variety of topics and materials by phone, in person, and in email communication

Requirements:


• Must be a self-starter
• No experience required, but previous sales experience welcome
• Passion for the sales process
• Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing tactics is a plus
• Extremely curious; you love to read and learn new things
• Highly organized people person, detail-oriented, and sees value in client success
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
• Extremely efficient using technology
• Excellent communicator over the phone and through email
• Can work independently and be a team player when called upon
• Positive attitude and constantly searching for areas of improvement

Project overview

You will be responsible for strategically identifying and contacting prospects who best fit our ideal customer profiles. You will work directly with our Co-Founders to support our sales efforts and help us achieve our growth goals. You will need a strong work ethic, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly develop rapport with senior executives.
