We are one of the leading leasing companies in Spain. We are redefining mobility and the way of owning a car, adjusting to a 100% digital consumer, rethinking the customer experience and the entire buying process.

Our global and growing team is fully remote and we have colleagues already in Spain, Germany, Ukraine, Pakistan, Brazil, and Venezuela.

We are looking for colleagues to join us full time in our Sales Operations department. This is the backbone of our sales process and you will be instrumental in the preparation and organisation of a smooth sales experience for our sales team and customers.

You will be working remotely. As we are based in Spain, we prefer to hire candidates who can offer support to us during business times (Monday - Saturday, 10:00 to 22:00 Madrid, Spain).

We are looking for organised and agile people, with experience in administration and excellent customer relations, fluent in Spanish, meticulous with data/systems and Crm, motivated to take us to the next level in sales, and able to integrate into a virtual team, as we are teleworking.

responsibilities include
- contact and lead management of our crm database
- manage internal customer documentation processes
- audit our crm according to our internal guidelines
- help implement and improve processes and tools, help develop new it solutions.
- Assist existing and new customers in the different contact channels (Whatsapp, mail, phone)

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 12 months experience in administration and customer contact, solid computer skills, managing CRM systems and databases.
- Excellent level of spoken and written Spanish.

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good organisation to manage your time, tasks, and follow-up leads (interested clients). Capacity to listen and learn new processes.

- Ready to work within European Opening Hours, 10:00 to 22:00 (incl. Lunch break / flexible timing).
- You need fast and reliable internet and your own computer and headset.

COMPENSATION
