Overview: We are seeking a full-time recruiter to source talent for multiple positions on an ongoing basis. The recruiter will have a lot of autonomy and responsibility to identify and screen great talent to build our company. This is a stay-at-home position with a lot of upward mobility.



About the company: Adaptive Telehealth is a US-based telemedicine software company with accounts in many countries around the world. Our company focuses on pioneering practical software that helps medical professionals create efficient business processes and provide access to medical care in remote regions. This is a long-term professional position.

It is home-based with strong team support

Job Responsibilities:
Partnering with General Manager and CEO to determine staffing needs
Creating Job Description and Interview questions if necessary
Job Posting to popular resume-posting websites and seek out qualified candidates for interviews
Maintaining Database of Applicant Profiles
Managing paid Recruiter accounts
Screening resumes
Performing Initial interviews with candidates
Performing reference and background checks
Coordinating interviews with General Manager and CEO
Following up on the interview process status
Communicating employer information and benefits during thee screening process
Providing timely reports on employment activity

Qualifications/Experience:

3-5+ years experience in Recruitment
Client Relationship
Account Management
Strong Sourcing and Leads generation skills
Interview and assessment skills
