Rocket.Chat using docker with additional features

I need configure Rocket.Chat using docker in a dedicated server with Ubuntu Server 18.04 and specific configured features.

Delivery of a Docker compose file (with additional files if was needed) to install Rocket.Chat and additional containers with Docker with these requirements:
- Working with custom port mapping.
- Working behind Apache reverse proxy. Apache is already installed and the reverse proxy port is configured. If does not works or do you need something different, please let me know.
- Working with custom persistent host folder as data volume for database and files uploaded in chats.
- Working with these features: jitsi app for video conferencing, mail sending (emails, notifications, email verification, new password...), Uploaded file store with FileSystem (no store files in the database with GridFS), disable second factor authentication.
- Working SSL/Let's Encrypt certificate of the used access domain. Installed ISPConfig to manage web hosting and SSL but you can do it directly from terminal. Theorically this is done, if does not works or do you need something different, please let me know.
