Manage the Proposal Specialist teams and ensure proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, and other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients aligns.

Manages tracker to ensure proposal deadlines are met and project prioritize base due dates for the proposal.

Verify the proposal is and meets the RFP evaluation criteria and requirements before approving the final draft.

Manage 50 Proposals for a budget of R$1500


Coordinating with all teams to ensure projects/process are keeping to deadline/priorities.
