Rfid Tracking System Project

Me and my friends are doing a project using RFID.
THis project is for staff at a company in a aerospace industry where they have trouble looking for equipment's kept at the hangar. We want to make a project where staff can look for the items by tapping their card at a reader, entering the tool number of the equipment they are looking for and the display will show where the item has been kept last.

This is how its supposed to work:


--scenario 1--
"Staff need to return the equipment "

1)Staff tap their card ----> Green Leds turn on
2)Display shows Track, Return, Exit
3)Click Return, (means staff need to return the item)
4)Display shows "enter tool number" or "exit"
5)Once enter tool number, the display will ask at which hangar did you keep the item? (cb 1-4)
6)DIsplay will ask which area in that specific hangar (area a,b,c,d)?


--Scenario 2--

Staff are looking for equipment so they can go to the machine.

1) staff tap their card
2) Display will show three options: Track, Return, Exit
3)  click Track, means staff are looking for the items
      - display shows enter tool number or exit
      - once enter tool number, the display will tell where the item is (cb1-4 area a-d)
