Requre full-time wordpress plugin and theme developer, anyone comes with affordable proposal is welcomed, mostly core plugin development won't be needed, making theme from html and create small plugins as needed or customize existing plugin to fulfill needs of project, or if no plugin is found near to requirements, then only creat a plugin from the scratch is needed, so such type of things wud be needed.
