Recruitment Specialist

We are currently in need of Recruitment Specialists to join our team. The candidates must be residing in South Africa or in Argentina. This is open for entry level position. Willing to learn and adaptable.

Candidates must have at least understanding with the following job responsibilities:
>Assess candidates understanding of the specific industry conditions in South Africa.
>Inquire about candidates knowledge of the local job market, including key trends and challenges.
>Evaluate candidates overall experience in recruitment, especially in South Africa.
>Ask about candidates success stories and challenges in sourcing and hiring within the country.
>Explore candidates ability to network and build relationships with potential candidates.
>Inquire about candidates  existing network in South Africa and how they plan to leverage it.
>Assess candidates cultural awareness and sensitivity, as South Africa is a diverse country.
>Inquire about candidates experience working with diverse candidates and their understanding of cultural nuances.
>Assess candidates ability to solve recruitment challenges and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
