Main responsibility will be to support in research activities to source candidates for a specific role.
- You will help build and manage candidate pipeline, employing a combination of passive (resume screening) and active search (via Linkedin Recruiter or similar software) to identify the best-fit candidates in the market.
- For this specific assignment you will not need to interact with candidates.

What we are looking for:
- 5-10 years of professional experience.
- Ideal candidate has experience in both financial services and technology industries.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidate who thrives in an internal-focused role emphasizing analytical and research work.
