Hello,

We need a real estate website with next functions:

https://propertybook.ro (search + suggested search, search will be using elasticsearch)

https://propertybook.ro/de-vanzare/apartamente/Bucuresti (listing structure and design are good here, we don't need the map on right)

http://www.imobiliare.ro/inchirieri-apartamente/bucuresti (listing structure and design are good here, we don't need the top listing feature, multiple agencies)

http://www.imobiliare.ro/inchirieri-apartamente/bucuresti/alba-iulia/apartament-de-inchiriat-2-camere-X4JT10033?lista=2349835 (property details page both structure and design are good here, we need better typeface and a bit better design, some edits to the structure)

http://case.trovit.ro/index.php/cod.search_homes/type_results.list/type.2/what_d.bucuresti/isUserSearch.1/origin.1/ (this is search results page with related/suggested searches (see example to this link by searching "Căutări similare") on the original search term, basically the listing structure with results based on search terms, all the search must work on elasticsearch)

Vital functions that site must support:
1) backend page for agency to easily add listings/properties to the site, this must be simple and straightforward as the real estate agents have no knowdlege of programming or complicated administration panels.

2) Site must not be js intensive, we can use js here and there for making the site modern/faster etc. But the site must not be a 100% js site. Site must have clean permalinks/URLs, without too many strings, ugly or complicated.

Let me know a costs ballpark figure based on all I told you, as well as turnaround time. Then we will know if discussing more will be the right thing to do.
